Our Client
Our client is a small dental practice located in Dallas, Texas. While they are quickly growing and regularly receive five star patient reviews on Google, they wanted to take their practice to the next level. Our advice was to leverage a comprehensive SEO marketing campaign to increase traffic to their website. After reviewing their website and identifying problem areas, our team of dental SEO experts created an in-depth plan to enable our client to boost their online visibility.
What We’ve Done So Far
This SEO project is ongoing. Below, we’ve focused on what steps we took to improve the client’s SEO during the period of June to September 2024.
Website Audit
Our team of experts conducted a thorough review of our client’s website. This audit allowed us to identify issues the site faced that were holding back its online potential. We then presented this audit to the client, along with a list of recommended actions. This allowed them to see the scale of issues that had been identified and the best course of action. This audit contained information about their on-page, off-page, and technical SEO standings.
Keyword Research
By analyzing competing dental practices websites and using cutting-edge SEO tools, we identified a selection of high performance keywords to implement into the client’s site. These keywords represent the terms relevant web users are searching when looking for a dental practice.
On-Page Optimization
Using our identified keywords, we created several new web pages with optimized keywords, making them more likely to appear in relevant searches. When building these pages we implemented SEO best practices, such as ensuring meta info is present with the appropriate keywords. We also went through existing pages and optimized structure.
The client’s website is already ranking higher for relevant keywords since our on-page optimizations.

GMB Optimization
Google Business, formerly known as Google My Business (GMB), is used to help local users find businesses in search results. We optimized our clients GMB profile by ensuring all their information was up-to-date and relevant and by regularly posting content about their services. During this process, we encountered an issue wherein Google incorrectly linked an unused appointment scheduling site to the client’s profile. We contacted the appointment platform and instructed them to remove our client from their directory successfully resolving this issue.
Weekly Reports
One of the most frustrating issues our client faced with previous SEO agencies was the lack of communication. For weeks, they would be left in the dark about the progress of their site. We know this is a problem for many dental practices, so we committed to delivering weekly progress reports, along with a tri-monthly detailed progress breakdown.
What Next?
While we will continue to monitor and optimize the above actions, over the next three months we will be focused on the following optimizations.
Blog Posting
We will create several blog posts each week on relevant dental topics using appropriate keywords. These blog posts will serve to increase the website’s search engine rankings and draw in relevant search users with high intent of conversion.
Backlinking
We will submit the client’s website to local business and dental directories. This will increase the site’s visibility among local individuals while increasing its domain authority–a key component in improving search rankings.
